What We Collect
Best Dentist Bali collects personal information only when you actively provide it. When you fill out a dental inquiry form or contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. If a clinic supports file uploads (such as X-ray images for remote consultations), those files are handled directly by the clinic and are not stored on our servers. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address only. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymised data such as pages viewed, session duration, device type, and country of origin. It does not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
How We Use It
Your personal information is used strictly for the purpose for which it was provided. When you submit a dental treatment inquiry through our site, we forward your name, email, and message to the specific clinic you selected and do not retain a copy on our servers after forwarding. Contact form messages are used only to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter sign-ups are used to send updates about Best Dentist Bali, such as new clinic listings, price changes, or dental travel tips for Bali. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is never used for advertising profiling.
Cookies
We use two categories of cookies. Essential cookies are required for the website to function, including session management and security. Analytics cookies (via Google Analytics 4) help us understand which pages and treatment categories visitors find most useful, so we can improve the directory. We also store a currency preference cookie to remember your selected display currency (AUD, SGD, or USD) between visits. Your Rights

Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. If you submitted a dental inquiry through our site, please note that inquiry data is not retained after forwarding, so there is no stored record to delete on our end.
